- In a food processor, combine fresh strawberries, avocado oil, basil leaves, white wine vinegar, and maple syrup. Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Pass the dressing through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or jar.
- In a dry skillet over medium-high heat, toast sliced almonds for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large mixing bowl, place baby spinach, add sliced strawberries and toasted almonds. Drizzle dressing and toss gently.
