Step-by-Step Instructions for Tomato Olive Flatbread
  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high, positioning the oven rack near the top.
  2. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil onto a baking sheet and brush the naan’s shiny side with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of minced garlic evenly over the oiled side of the naan.
  4. Position the naan, oiled side up, under the broiler for about 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Layer 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 thinly sliced Campari tomatoes on the toasted naan.
  6. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper, scatter ¼ cup of sliced black olives, and add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 7 to 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
