- Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer Crackers: Place a single layer of Club Crackers evenly on the bottom.
- Make Caramel Mixture: Combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted. Increase heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Layer Caramel: Pour one-third of the caramel over the crackers, add another layer of crackers, top with half of the remaining caramel, repeat with last layer.
- Add Chocolate Topping: Melt milk chocolate chips in intervals in the microwave, then pour over the caramel layer.
