  • Fresh Vegetables such as bok choy or sliced cucumbers
  • Chopped Peanuts

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add fresh noodles and cook until tender, about 3–5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Once browned, stir in minced garlic and ginger. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower heat and add soy sauce, sesame paste, chili oil, and rice vinegar. Stir well and heat through for about 2 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked noodles into the skillet with the meat and sauce. Mix gently for 2–3 minutes to coat the noodles.
  6. Add Sichuan peppercorns and stir to distribute evenly. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  7. Serve the Dan Dan Noodles topped with green onions, fresh vegetables, and chopped peanuts.
