Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or a mason jar, combine ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup of red wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Whisk together for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Whisk in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of honey (or sugar). Continue whisking for another 30 seconds until the dressing is silky and emulsified.
