Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Spread softened salted butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet, layer with brie and blueberry filling, then top with the second slice butter-side up.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove the sandwich from skillet, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
