Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter and minced garlic. Slowly add just boiled water, stirring until smooth. Incorporate soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chile oil to taste. Set aside.
  2. Slice Persian cucumbers into thick half-moons and gently smash them. Sprinkle salt and place in a colander to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add frozen dumplings, fry until golden brown. Pour water, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Layer crispy dumplings alongside smashed cucumbers on plates. Drizzle peanut sauce over, garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, and chile oil.
