- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut into rounds. Press each round into the muffin tin cups.
- Cut small pieces from the leftover dough to form bunny ears. Bake for 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Bake the crescent bases for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Create wells in the centers.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar until smooth. Reserve 1 cup.
- Spoon filling into each well, press a bunny ear on top, then return to the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
