  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream can substitute with more cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella/gouda
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon optional for extra flavor
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes adds vibrant flavor
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs optional for garnish
  • 1 cup Other Cheeses like feta or pepper jack

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into rounds. Press each round into the muffin tin cups.
  3. Cut small pieces from the leftover dough to form bunny ears. Bake for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  4. Bake the crescent bases for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Create wells in the centers.
  5. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar until smooth. Reserve 1 cup.
  6. Spoon filling into each well, press a bunny ear on top, then return to the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
