Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick and cut into rectangles of 4x6 inches.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce onto the center of each rectangle, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce, followed by grated Parmesan and optional ingredients.
  5. Fold each rectangle to create a pocket and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and optionally sprinkle with oregano or garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes in the oven or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
