  1. Chop the celery and yellow onion into small, even pieces and set aside.
  2. Dice the cooked ham into small chunks and pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped celery, onion, and processed ham. Add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and dill.
