Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Homemade Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.

  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the lean ground beef and Italian sausage for about 7-10 minutes. Add onion and garlic, cooking until translucent. Mix in pasta sauce, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, beaten egg, and a pinch of salt. Stir until blended.
  5. In a greased baking dish, spread a cup of meat sauce, layer 3 noodles, a third of the cheese mixture. Repeat twice, finishing with remaining meat sauce.

  7. Let the lasagna rest for about 15 minutes before slicing to enjoy the layers.
