Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Lasagna Soup
  1. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the beef to a separate dish while leaving the drippings in the pot.
  2. In the same pot, add chopped onions and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened. Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes (with juice), 1 can of tomato sauce, and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
