Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Cut the bacon into halves and fry in a skillet for about 5 minutes until it starts to curl. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Arrange brioche rolls leaving space in between.
  4. Hollow out the rolls, leaving a half-inch layer intact for the egg.
  5. Brush the insides of each roll with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese inside each roll, followed by a piece of bacon. Press down gently.
  7. Crack an egg into each hollowed roll.
  8. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over each egg.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the eggs are set but yolks remain runny.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
