Preparation
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add food coloring to the melted mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Tap gently to eliminate air bubbles.
- Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into neat squares.
