Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Add food coloring to the melted mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Tap gently to eliminate air bubbles.
  5. Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  6. Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into neat squares.
