- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Arrange corn tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides with canola oil.
- Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine warmed chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Heat for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on top.
- Return the tostadas to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro and diced tomatoes. Serve immediately.
