  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce divided
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning adjust to taste
For Glazing
  • 1 cup Remaining Barbecue Sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your smoker to a steady 225°F and grease your loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, diced onion, bell pepper, crushed garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, half the barbecue sauce, panko and Italian breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape the mixture into a uniform loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  4. Transfer the meatloaf to the smoker and smoke for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes until it reaches the proper temperature.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 30 minutes on a cutting board.
  6. Glaze with the remaining barbecue sauce before slicing and serving.
