Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Grate cold butter into the flour mixture, and work in gently until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Create a well in the center, pour in milk and honey, and stir until a dough forms.
  5. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 30 seconds until smooth, then roll out to 1-inch thickness.
  6. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits, reshaping any remaining dough.
  7. Place on the prepared baking sheet, brush tops lightly with milk, and leave space between them.
  8. Bake for 13-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown; cool slightly before serving.
