For the Yogurt Base
  • 3-4 tubes Annie's Homegrown Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
For the Berries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup granola opt for nut-free granola for allergy-friendly bites

Equipment

  • mini cupcake liners

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by lining a mini muffin pan with mini cupcake liners.
  2. Squeeze 3-4 Annie's Organic Whole Milk Yogurt Tubes into each liner, filling them about 3/4 full.
  3. Gently place a mix of fresh raspberries and blueberries on top of the yogurt in each liner.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of granola over each yogurt and berry layer.
  5. Place the mini muffin pan in the freezer and let the yogurt bites freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  6. Once fully frozen, remove the Frozen Berry Yogurt Bites from the pan and enjoy them.
