Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by rinsing the fresh raspberries and blackberries gently under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 12 ounces of creamy strawberry yogurt with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in your prepared raspberries and blackberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop dollops of the yogurt and fruit mixture onto it.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bites freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the parchment paper and transfer them into an airtight container.
