  3. Clean the oysters under cold running water, then gently open them using a shucking tool, retaining half of the shell.
  4. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon zest. Stir for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Generously drizzle the garlic butter mixture over each oyster, ensuring they are well-coated.
  6. Place the baking sheet with the oysters in the oven and bake for about 7-8 minutes until bubbling.
  7. Switch the oven to broil and broil the oysters for an additional 1 minute until the tops are lightly browned.
