Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the large shrimp, pat them dry, and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a bowl.
  3. Pour three-quarters of the marinade over shrimp, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, spacing them evenly.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
  6. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
