Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add a finely chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Toss in 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Introduce 2 cups of cauliflower florets and sauté for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Pour in ½ cup of vegetable stock and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook for another 30 seconds.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with remaining parsley.
