- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper for 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Drain excess fat.
- Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square, then seal and shape into balls.
- Brush each ball with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of melted butter, garlic, and salt, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
