- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Mince the garlic and add it into the bowl with the broccoli.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle in salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and toss to combine.
- Spread the broccoli mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast the broccoli in the oven for 15 minutes, until bright green and slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted broccoli and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve hot.
