Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, kosher salt, and granulated sugar. Gradually pour in warm water, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubles in size.
  4. Prepare the garlic butter filling by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and herbs.
  5. Punch down the risen dough, roll it into a rectangle, spread garlic butter mixture, roll tightly, and slice into pieces.
  6. Arrange sliced rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
