Making the Dip
- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk the mixture for at least 3-5 minutes until it is light and fluffy, resembling a mousse.
- Transfer the dip to a decorative serving bowl and create an indentation in the center to hold the Peeps Ghost.
- Carefully place a Peeps Ghost in the center of the dip.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit slices or graham crackers.
