  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Can substitute with honey for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Omit for simplicity or swap for almond extract.
For Decoration
  • 1 pack Peeps Ghosts Replace with chocolate-covered marshmallows if needed.

Method
 

Making the Dip
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl, for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Whisk the mixture for at least 3-5 minutes until it is light and fluffy, resembling a mousse.
  3. Transfer the dip to a decorative serving bowl and create an indentation in the center to hold the Peeps Ghost.
  4. Carefully place a Peeps Ghost in the center of the dip.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit slices or graham crackers.
