Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and run cold water over them.
- Combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by the ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella.
- Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and place them on top. Use black olives for eyes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the lasagna and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.
