Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and run cold water over them.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your baking dish.
  5. Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by the ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella.
  6. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and place them on top. Use black olives for eyes.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the lasagna and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
