Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the Royo cinnamon raisin bagels in half, spray with ghee spray, preheat air fryer to 380°F, and air fry for 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar-free vanilla Greek yogurt, pudding mix, ground cinnamon, pumpkin spice, ground ginger, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread a dollop of filling on one toasted bagel half, top with another half, and repeat for all bagels.
