Method
Make the Refresher Base
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, 1 cup of mango nectar, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of dragonfruit powder, and 1 teaspoon of citric acid. Heat over low flame while whisking gently until the sugar dissolves completely, about 5 minutes.
- Once the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, remove from heat and allow it to cool before transferring to a glass jar for later use.
Prepare Strawberry Cold Foam
- In a small jar or glass, combine 1/2 cup of barista-style oat milk, 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup, and 1/4 cup of soy milk.
- Use a milk frother to blend this mixture vigorously for about 20-30 seconds until it turns fluffy and pale, resembling soft clouds.
- Once ready, set aside the strawberry cold foam as you prepare to shake up the Glinda's Pink Potion.
Shake the Drink
- Fill a cocktail shaker with 1/2 cup of the chilled refresher base, 1/2 cup of sweetened coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces.
- Add a generous amount of ice, then secure the shaker lid tightly.
- Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds or until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is refreshingly chilly.
Assemble the Drink
- Strain the vibrant refresher mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, ensuring a clear pour that showcases the stunning pink hue.
- If desired, stir in extra freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces for added texture and visual appeal.
- Finally, delicately top the drink with the fluffy strawberry cold foam and, for a whimsical touch, sprinkle pink and green sprinkles over the foam to complete Glinda's Pink Potion masterpiece.

Notes
Always allow the refresher base to cool completely to prevent dilution when serving. The strawberry cold foam is best enjoyed fresh, but can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
