Step-by-Step Instructions for Gourmet Baked Mac and Cheese
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add elbow macaroni, and cook until al dente, about 6–8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
