Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Slice the apples into ¼ to ½ inch thick rounds or wedges, leaving the skin on and removing the core.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of the apple slices with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Grill the apples for 2-3 minutes per side until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Wrap or top each apple slice with prosciutto and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes if desired.
  6. Drizzle warm honey over the grilled apples and serve warm, optionally garnished with nuts or cheese.
