- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and lightly oil the grates.
- Slice the apples into ¼ to ½ inch thick rounds or wedges, leaving the skin on and removing the core.
- Lightly brush both sides of the apple slices with olive oil or melted butter.
- Grill the apples for 2-3 minutes per side until tender and grill marks appear.
- Wrap or top each apple slice with prosciutto and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Drizzle warm honey over the grilled apples and serve warm, optionally garnished with nuts or cheese.
