  2. Place chicken leg quarters in a resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over, seal tightly and massage to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). This temperature is key for even cooking.
  4. Grill marinated chicken skin-side down for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  5. Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes after grilling, garnish with parsley and lime wedges, then serve.
