Preparation Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F. Clean the grates to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix gently and shape into 4 patties.
- Place formed patties on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes on one side without moving them. Flip and grill for another 4–5 minutes, adding cheese in the last minute.
- Combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and dill pickles in a large bowl. Toss gently and set aside.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, olive oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- After grilling, let the burgers rest for about 2 minutes.
- Assemble the bowls by placing salad mixture in bowls, topping with a burger patty, and drizzling dressing just before serving.
