Preparation Steps
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high, around 400°F.
- In a saucepan, combine melted butter, minced garlic, cajun spice, salt, and lemon juice. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, placing four shrimp on each skewer.
- Brush one side of the shrimp with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 minutes. Repeat on the other side.
- Grill the skewers on preheated grill, brushing with reserved marinade 1-2 times, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and let skewers rest for a minute before serving.
