Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high, around 400°F.
  3. In a saucepan, combine melted butter, minced garlic, cajun spice, salt, and lemon juice. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, placing four shrimp on each skewer.
  5. Brush one side of the shrimp with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 minutes. Repeat on the other side.
  6. Grill the skewers on preheated grill, brushing with reserved marinade 1-2 times, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Remove from grill and let skewers rest for a minute before serving.
