Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  3. Brush each zucchini slice with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  4. Grill zucchini slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
  5. Remove zucchini from grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the warm zucchini.
  7. Scatter torn basil leaves on top of the feta-covered zucchini.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
