Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini juice, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add rotini pasta. Cook according to package instructions for 9-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. While pasta is cooling, chop the meats, cheeses, and vegetables into uniform sizes.
  4. Combine the cooled rotini pasta with chopped meats, cheeses, and vegetables in a large mixing bowl and gently toss everything together.
  5. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
