  6. Scoop about 1/4 cup of dough, flatten it, place a Halloween Oreo in the center, and fold the dough over to enclose the Oreo.
  7. Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart, and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top right after removing from the oven, let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
