Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add elbow macaroni, and cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, black pepper, onion seasoning, and minced garlic for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, then add evaporated milk, heavy cream, and beef broth, and whisk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan until melted.
  5. In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, browned beef, and cheese sauce until well combined. Transfer to the greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. It should be bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
