- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add elbow macaroni, and cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, black pepper, onion seasoning, and minced garlic for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, then add evaporated milk, heavy cream, and beef broth, and whisk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan until melted.
- In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, browned beef, and cheese sauce until well combined. Transfer to the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes. It should be bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
