  1. Begin by pouring decorating sugar onto a shallow plate. Take a fresh orange, slice it, and run one of the slices around the rims of your serving glasses to moisten them. Dip the rims into the sugar so they are nicely coated. Fill each glass with ice cubes and set them aside.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine 4 cups of concord grape juice, 2 cups of lemon-lime soda, ½ cup of simple syrup, 1 cup of fresh orange juice, and ½ cup of lime juice. Stir the mixture gently with a long spoon for about 30 seconds until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the punch has a vibrant color.
