- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup of creamy Dijon mustard and ¼ cup of honey until smooth and well blended.
- Gradually pour in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar while continuously whisking the sauce until fully combined and smooth.
- Mix in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, whisking thoroughly.
- Sprinkle in ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of onion powder, whisking until even.
- Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, mixing well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, give the sauce a good stir and garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley.
