Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single, even layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine unsalted butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until it boils for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the saltine crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the hot toffee, and let melt.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over melted chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the topping and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve.
