  • 1 package Ladyfingers store-bought or homemade
  • 4 cups Raspberry Syrup fresh or frozen raspberries blended
Creamy Filling
  • 16 ounces Mascarpone
  • ¾ cup Heavy Cream cold before whipping
  • ¾ cup Powdered Sugar adjust sweetness as desired
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Sweet Touch
  • 8 ounces White Chocolate grated; can substitute with dark or milk chocolate

Method
 

Making Raspberry Syrup
  1. Blend 4 cups of raspberries with sugar until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to discard seeds.
Preparing Mascarpone Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Tiramisu
  1. Dip ladyfingers in raspberry syrup briefly and layer half in the dish.
  2. Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers and sprinkle half of the white chocolate on top.
Complete the Layers
  1. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone filling, and top with remaining white chocolate.
Chilling the Tiramisu
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
