Making Raspberry Syrup
- Blend 4 cups of raspberries with sugar until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to discard seeds.
Preparing Mascarpone Filling
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Tiramisu
- Dip ladyfingers in raspberry syrup briefly and layer half in the dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers and sprinkle half of the white chocolate on top.
Complete the Layers
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone filling, and top with remaining white chocolate.
Chilling the Tiramisu
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
