Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into ½-inch pieces and toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Heat skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and spread garlic mixture on each half. Toast in oven for 5-10 minutes until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, melt additional butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread half of Alfredo sauce over toasted garlic bread, distribute cooked chicken evenly, drizzle remaining sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing, serve warm.
