Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the Oreo cookies into a food processor or blender. Pulse until finely crushed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with cream cheese and blend until cohesive dough forms.
  3. Portion out the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll between palms. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Cover the baking sheet and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up the cookie balls.
  5. Remove cream filling from Oreo halves to create wings, keeping the outer parts aside.
  6. Melt the chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each chilled cookie ball into the melted chocolate, then let excess chocolate drip off.
  8. Before the chocolate sets, insert two Oreo halves into each dipped cookie ball to form wings.
  9. Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes and ears, adding melted chocolate if needed to adhere.
