- Step 1: Cook the Sausage - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add your breakfast sausage links. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the sausage from the skillet, let them cool for a moment, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2: Mix the Batter - In a large mixing bowl, combine your pancake mix, whole milk (or almond milk), and large eggs. Whisk until smooth and slightly thick but still pourable.
- Step 3: Preheat Oven - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a medium-sized baking dish with non-stick baking spray.
