- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, half of the brown sugar, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and cornstarch. Stir gently and let sit.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and drizzle melted butter on top.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add whole milk until smooth.
