  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips Can substitute with dark chocolate for deeper flavor.

  • microwave-safe piping bag
  • Parchment paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the baking tray, leaving about 1 inch of space between each pretzel.
  3. Unwrap the caramel squares and place one atop each pretzel snap.
  4. Bake for 10–15 minutes, keeping an eye on them until the caramels become gooey.
  5. While baking, core and cut the apples into 1-inch cubes, soaking them in lemon juice or salt water to prevent browning.
  6. Pat the apple cubes dry and place one on top of each soft caramel.
  7. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a piping bag in short bursts of 30 seconds until smooth.
  8. Carefully drizzle the melted chocolate over each pretzel bite and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
