Preparation
- Prepare all ingredients by gathering them and ensuring they're at room temperature.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows to the melted mixture and stir until fully melted.
- Fold in Rice Crispy Cereal until completely coated.
- Transfer mixture into a greased or lined 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing down evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow bars to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over set bars, then sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Cut the bars into squares or rectangles and serve.
