  • 1 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by mincing fresh garlic cloves finely.
  2. In a medium saucepan, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil, stirring gently. Sauté for about 2-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream into the saucepan with the sautéed garlic, stirring continuously.
  5. Once the cream is simmering, gradually add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese while stirring constantly.
  6. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, stirring well to incorporate.
  7. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat and serve over pasta, pizza, or as a dip.
