  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Lemon juice can substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust for heat preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Minced Ginger Ground ginger can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Use smoked paprika for extra flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Fine sea salt may be substituted.
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Optional.
For the Chicken
  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Can substitute with chicken breasts, but be cautious.
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Minced Cilantro Parsley can substitute.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for 45 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat and grease the grates.
  6. Grill the skewers for approximately 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill, let rest, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
